What's a retired elderly couple going to do in a 2 acre house?

I can understand the fish pond, swimming pool, lawns etc. But why such a big house just for two people? I would rather have three bedrooms, and all the rest of the land as an orchard with a gazebo in the middle and a tube well with an eighteen" diameter water outlet to bathe in. It's like standing under a waterfall.

I doubt Mr/Mrs Musharraf will live in it though.
