Zee sahib,My suspicion is that it has been done by some premutation and combination of AQ-TTP-LET- rouge elements of ISI with the motivation of encouraging Indian mobilisation on Pak's Eastern border and counter by Pak Army letting the Talibs off the hook.Regards
